Assistant Professor honored at Black History Leadership Ball

Tiffany Hollis, Ph.D, was honored Feb. 11 at the ESA Dream Foundation Black History Leadership Ball and Fundraiser. The event was held at the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes in Myrtle Beach. ESA Dream is a non-profit foundation focused on health, body and soul through fitness and art. Hollis has a clear and strong commitment to diversity, equity and social justice with over 13 years in education as a social justice education, along with a background in special education. Nine of those years were spent working with students with emotional and behavioral disabilities. She was awarded Professor of the Year at Coastal Carolina 2018-2019.
