About Creative Currents

Creative Currents exists to celebrate the creativity happening all around campus. From visual art and photography to poetry and experimental work, this feature is dedicated to honoring student voices and giving them a space to be seen. By spotlighting creative work, we recognize that art is an essential part of campus culture, and that student expression deserves to be shared, valued and archived.

We are currently accepting submissions through May 20, including poetry, short fiction and nonfiction, paintings, drawings or digital art.

Please allow up to two weeks for our team to review your submission. If selected, you’ll be contacted to set up a brief interview with our Managing Print Editor and your work will be featured alongside a story in print or online.
