Throughout the month of February, we at The Chanticleer believe itis important to celebrate Black History Month. As the student voice of Coastal Carolina University, a predominately white institution, we must use our platform to amplify Black voices, stories and experiences. This student spotlight and our editorial on page 12 mark only the beginning of celebrating the diversity found on campus.
