110 people showed up for Students Advocating for Gender Equality (SAGE)’s second Sex Toy Bingo Event on Feb. 13. Each person paid $3 per board, a slight increase from $1 at the first Sex Toy Bingo last semester. SAGE raised $430 in admissions.
SAGE President and junior history major Iszabella Hrivnak said the club is all about advocating for inclusion, education on gender equality and sexual health. The October Sex Toy Bingo event flyer, advertised on the organization’s Instagram, caught the eye of Badd Kitty, a sexual health and wellness store located in Myrtle Beach. In partnership with the event, Badd Kitty donated approximately $430 in prizes.
